BioAssay Systems BioAssay Systems scientists have over 30 years of extensive experiences in assays and services. Our services encompass a wide variety of custom projects. BioAssay Systems provides highest possible quality and the most convenient bioassays which is non-radioactive formats, and safe for health. QuantiFluo™ ALP Reagent is a stable 4-methylumbelliferyl phosphate (MUP) liquid substrate reagent formulated for detecting alkaline phosphatase ALP, e.g. in ELISA. This single reagent produces a highly fluorescent product ( λ ex/em = 360/450 nm) when  dephosphorylated by ALP. The fluorescent product can also be visualized under a UV light. Acetate Assay Kit

Acetate   is a common anion and fundamental to all forms of life. When bound to coenzyme A, it is central to the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. It is acid form, acetic acid, is produced and excreted by acetic acid bacteria, such as Acetobacter genus and Clostridium acetobutylicum, which are found universally in foodstuffs, water, and soil. Acetic acid is also a component of the vaginal lubrication of humans and other primates, where it appears to serve as a mild antibacterial agent. Acetic acid is the main component of vinegar, and extensively used in food, dyes, paints, glue and synthetic fibres. BioAssay Systems assay uses enzyme-coupled reactions to form a colored, fluorescent product. The color absorbance at 570nm or fluorescence intensity at 530nm/585nm is directly proportional to the acetate concentration in the sample.

Finding out about Assay Kits and More

Image
Assaying generally refers to a process whereby metals are subjected to chemical analysis to identify the presence or strength of certain components in them. Now, with the unprecedented growth of the scientific industry, there has been a parallel proliferation of the number of companies offering assay solutions as well. Some the assay solution kits offered by these companies include the following: ·          Caspese Assay Kit ·          Cytotoxicity Assay Kit   Glutathione PeroxidaseKit ·          Acetylcholine Assay Kit ·          Others Basics of the whole assaying processes that one should know about Researchers resort to several methods like absorbance, florescence and luminescence in order to test products. It is very important to ensure that testing methods thus adopted are non radioactive in na...
